Character Sketchbook - Koh the Silver-Tongued Devil

Here's a collection of character exploration of the first and only Exalted tabletop RPG character that I've had the pleasure of playing - Kalara Vadras, who would often masquerade as the gunslinging thief, Koh the Silver-Tongued Devil.
She is an Eclipse Caste, a sun-blessed mortal who is extremely talented at business, manipulation, etc. By the time our game ended, she had become Queenpin of the East and a force to be reckoned with! If negotiation didn't do the trick, her quick gunslinging as a Righteous Devil martial artist usually did.
She lives on in my written prose and art, which you can see more of here:

The 1st ever sketches of Kalara. She 1st appeared in our campaign disguised as the rebel slave, Koh the Silver-Tongued Devil, leading a refugee caravan. The chains and stakes piercing her hands are part of her anima aura which manifests with her powers.

More early sketching of Kalara as Koh, this time with more care given to finding references for how she might store gunpowder and holsters for her rifle and dual pistols.

Exploration to clarify the differences between her appearance as Kalara and her male persona/disguise, Koh.

More exploration of the Koh persona. I wanted flavors of her desert homeland to shine through.

An experiment at drawing Kalara in a more realistic style and a failed attempt at a base for clothing concepts. The pose ended up being too goofy and I ended up going with something more assertive.
