Cassiel's Servant - Joscelin Concept Sketches

Concept sketches for Joscelin, the main character from the novel "Cassiel's Servant" by Jacqueline Carey (and major supporting character from "Kushiel's Dart"). This is prep work for doing my own version of the book's cover for portfolio fodder and also skillbuilding practice for drawing armor, which is a weakness of mine I hope to remedy with practice like this.
