The Lady of October bears the Marigolds and dons the stone of Opal. The Marigold represents warmth and creativity, while the Opal will bring her clarity and protection from illness.

She ushers in a time of darkness and a promise of peace for the lost.

While the other Ladies of the Months do their best to guide and protect the spirits of mortals, the Lady of October wanders in the in-between spaces. In this season of mists where the veil between worlds grows thin, many spirits become lost. She draws them to herself with the strong scent of marigolds, the offering of candles and flowers guiding her way to these unfortunate souls.

One need never fear the dark before the Winter, for she will always be there with a warm embrace to guide the lost back to the light!
